Frequently asked questions

Still wondering how the process works, what’s included, or how long things take?

You’re not alone — here are some of the most common questions we hear from homeowners. Need more clarity? We’re always happy to help — just give us a call or send us a quick message.

  • Our showroom is not open for general browsing. It's designed to be part of our personalized design process and is available for viewing after an on-site estimate with one of our designers

  • During the consultation, our designers and general contractors visit your home to assess the space you’d like to remodel. They’ll take detailed measurements, evaluate the layout, and discuss your goals. You’ll receive expert recommendations on which existing features can be incorporated into the new design—and what may need to be removed or reconfigured to bring your vision to life.

  • To help us get started smoothly, please clear the remodel area of personal items, furniture, and anything valuable. If appliances or fixtures need disconnecting, we’ll guide you. Setting up a temporary kitchen or bathroom can also make things easier during the process. We’ll work with you to ensure other parts of your home are protected and help plan around things like parking, pets, and daily access.

  • We start with a free phone consultation, followed by an in-home visit to assess your space and goals. Next, we develop a custom design and estimate. Once approved, we schedule the project, order materials, and begin demolition. Construction is handled by our in-house team from start to finish, ensuring quality and consistency. We stay in close communication throughout to make sure the final result meets your expectations.

  • Yes, our interior design services are included as part of your remodel at no additional cost. If you’re looking for more in-depth design support—such as custom furniture selection, detailed decor planning, or additional design time—we also offer optional add-on services for an additional fee.

  • Not usually. Many clients stay in their homes during the remodel, but we’ll help you plan ahead for limited access to kitchens or bathrooms.

  • If we uncover issues, such as water damage or structural concerns, we’ll communicate right away. Our team will present viable solutions before proceeding, ensuring you are informed and comfortable with the next steps.
